Ordering and quantities
What is the minimum order quantity?+
25 pieces per product. You can combine several products in one order as long as each meets its own minimum of 25.
How does bulk pricing work?+
The unit price drops automatically: 5% off at 100 pieces of the same product, 8% at 250, 12% at 500 and 15% at 1,000. Every product page shows the tiers.
Can I order online, or do I need to send an enquiry?+
Either. Add products to the cart and pay online, or send a bulk enquiry for a quote that covers branding, packaging and delivery to many addresses.
Do you sell to individuals?+
Yes. Anyone can order, at 25 pieces per product.
Logo branding and proofs
Can you add our company logo?+
Yes, on every product except food items. Logo application is ₹50 per piece, added at checkout. Use "Add your logo" on a product page to place it on the photo, or send your artwork with the enquiry. The method is print, laser engraving or embroidery, depending on the product.
Will we see the design before it is produced?+
Yes. A digital proof is emailed within 24 hours of receiving your artwork, and nothing goes to print until you approve it.
What artwork format do you need?+
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the sharpest result. A high-resolution PNG works for most print jobs; if yours does not, we tell you before the proof.
Lead time and delivery
How long does an order take?+
In-stock items are dispatched the same day. Branded orders take 7–14 working days after you approve the proof. For Diwali 2026 (8 November), put your delivery date on the order.
Do you deliver across India?+
Yes, anywhere in India, to one office or to many addresses, including employees' homes. For many addresses, send the list with your enquiry and delivery is quoted.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
Pricing, GST and invoicing
Do prices include GST?+
Most do. Each product page shows "GST included" or "+ 18% GST" next to the price. Prices in the Diwali collection are before GST. The invoice shows the tax breakup.
Will the invoice carry our GSTIN?+
Yes. Enter your GSTIN at checkout or share it with your enquiry and it prints on the invoice, issued by Pramara Promotions Ltd.
Can we claim input tax credit on gifts?+
Usually not. GST law blocks input tax credit on goods given away as gifts. Our GST guide explains the rules; check your case with your chartered accountant.
Returns and support
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?+
Send us photos within 3 days of delivery. If the item is defective or the mistake is ours, return shipping is free and the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. Full terms are in our Cancellation and Return Policy.
Is shipping free?+
Standard delivery to one address in India is free. Express delivery is ₹500. Delivery to many addresses, such as employees' homes or several client offices, is quoted with your enquiry.
