These are planning ranges, not rules. Pick the gift that fits the relationship, then budget for branding and delivery.

What changes the unit price
- Quantity. Bulk discounts apply per product: 5% off at 100 pieces, 8% at 250, 12% at 500 and 15% at 1,000. Combining orders into fewer, larger ones is the easiest saving.
- Branding. Logo application on zyftt.com is ₹50 per piece. Food items cannot be branded at checkout.
- Packaging. A gift box costs more than a polybag; ask for packaging in a bulk quote.
- Delivery. Standard delivery to one address is free and express is ₹500. Delivery to many addresses is quoted; Gift Links charges ₹149 per home delivery.
- Customisation. Custom colours or fully custom hampers take longer and are quoted separately.
A worked example: 300 employees at ₹800
The example uses a product whose price includes GST. If the product page says "+ 18% GST", add it to the gift line. If the total is too high, cut delivery first: delivery to one office is free.

Where to save, and where not to
- Consolidate: one order for the quarter costs less than three monthly orders.
- Drop the fifth item in a hamper.
- Skip gift boxes for gifts handed over in person.
- Do not cut the item people keep: the bottle, the bag, the pen.
- Do not skip the card. It costs least and people remember it.
GST and invoicing
Most prices on zyftt.com include GST; each product page shows "GST included" or "+ 18% GST". Prices in the Diwali collection are before GST. Every order gets a GST invoice with your company's GSTIN. Input tax credit on gifts is usually blocked; the GST guide explains the rules.

Can one order be delivered to several cities?+
Yes. Send the address list with your enquiry; delivery is quoted.
Do bulk discounts apply across different products?+
No, per product. 250 of one bottle gets the 8% discount; 125 each of two bottles gets 5%.
