Why the kit matters more than it costs

A welcome kit is the first physical thing a new employee receives from you. It is not about the money; it is the signal that someone prepared for their arrival. The useful test for every item is simple: will this still be on their desk in six months?

The checklist

Three budget tiers

Prices are indicative for 50–100 kits with logo branding and include GST. Unit prices fall at the 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 piece tiers, so ordering a quarter's kits at once is cheaper than ordering month by month.

TierPer kitWhat's inside
Essentials₹800–1,200Notebook, pen, bottle, welcome card
Standard₹1,500–2,500Essentials + T-shirt, mug, laptop sleeve or tote
Premium₹3,000–5,000Standard + backpack, hoodie, wireless charger, rigid gift box

Sizes, and how not to get them wrong

  • Ask for T-shirt or hoodie size in the offer-acceptance form, not on day one.
  • Order a size run (S to XXL) with a 10% buffer in M and L — the sizes that run out first.
  • Choose unisex fits so one product covers everyone.
  • Keep a few spares of each size at HQ for swaps.

Remote and multi-city joiners

Collect the home address and phone number with the offer, batch dispatches monthly, and allow 3–7 days of courier transit. Kits are packed for transit — bottles wrapped, apparel folded flat — and a small buffer stock at head office covers surprise start dates. Share the address list with your enquiry and we quote delivery per destination.

Packaging and the note

One box, not five polybags. Tissue paper, the items arranged so the bag or bottle is seen first, and a card on top. The card is where the kit becomes personal: the new joiner's name, one line from their manager, and the date they start. A values card is optional; the handwritten line is not.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for onboarding kits?+

25 pieces per product. If your kit has five items, each item is ordered at 25 or more; most companies order a quarter's worth at once to reach the 100-piece pricing tier.

Can Zyftt assemble the kit into one box?+

Ask for kit assembly in your enquiry — we quote packing per kit along with the products, so you receive finished boxes rather than separate cartons.

Can we see a sample before ordering in bulk?+

Ask for a sample in the enquiry. We confirm availability and cost per item, and a digital proof of the branding is sent within 24 hours before anything goes to print.

Can kits be shipped to new joiners' homes?+

Yes, pan-India. Share the address list with your enquiry and we quote the logistics per destination.
