Start with the address list, not the gift
Most delivery problems come from addresses: no reply, an old office address, or a wrong PIN code. Collect addresses with a form that has separate fields for flat, building, street, landmark, city, state, PIN and a phone number for the courier. Set a deadline two weeks before you order, and expect to chase some people.
Ask two more questions on the same form: t-shirt or hoodie size (S to XXL) if there is clothing, and any dietary restriction if there is food.
What ships well
